Booking and Payment

To schedule an e-waste removal, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, pickup location, and any specific instructions. Payment for the service is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your e-waste removal, please contact Strong Junk Removal to cancel the appointment. Additionally, send an email to info@tvsavior.com to notify us of the cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Limitations and Exclusions

While we strive to provide reliable and efficient service, unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may affect the scheduled pickup time or availability.

Liability

TV Savior and Strong Junk Removal shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of our service, except where prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for any damage to the property or the customer that may occur while the customer is preparing the e-waste for pickup.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with TV Savior are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
