What services do you offer?

What areas do you serve?

We serve Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Apache Junction and Scottsdale. Tap ‘Service Area & Map’ to see the full list. Bookings outside these cities are cancelled and refunded.

What items can you remove?

Flat screen TVs (LED, LCD and plasma), CRT and analog TVs, projection TVs, CRT and flat screen computer monitors, small appliances (mini fridges, microwaves, toaster ovens), tower speakers, ceiling fans, and E-Waste Boxes filled with smaller electronics like laptops, phones, printers, game consoles, cords and cables. Do I need to wipe my devices first?

Please do. Sign out of your accounts and wipe or remove the hard drive from computers, phones and tablets before pickup. Once items are collected they go to recycling and we can’t retrieve anything left on them.

What is Full-Service TV & E-Waste Removal?

With Full-Service, you don’t lift a finger. Our crew comes inside and carries your TV or electronics out — upstairs, back bedrooms, tight hallways, wherever they are — and hauls them away. Wall-mounted TVs need to be taken down before we arrive.

What is Curbside Pickup?

Curbside is our most affordable option. Set your items in front of your garage or in your carport by 5 AM on pickup day and we’ll grab them from there — no one needs to be home. In an apartment or condo? Use your carport and note the carport or parking space number in the Additional Details field when booking.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the items you select. Each item has a first-unit price and a lower price for each additional one, starting at $40 for a TV. Full-Service adds $30 to your order. There’s a $40 minimum on every booking, and a flat $4.50 service fee applies to every order, shown clearly in your total before you book.

Can I get an estimate before committing?

Yes — our online booking shows your exact price in real time as you build your order, so there’s never a surprise. Just select your items and watch the total update as you go.

What is an E-Waste Box?

A standard large moving box (about 18×18×24 inches) or a similar plastic tote filled with smaller electronics — laptops, phones, cords, keyboards, chargers and the like. Boxing loose e-waste makes it faster to collect and easier to recycle responsibly.

What if I have a lot of electronics?

We’ve got you. Add every item to the same booking — each additional unit is priced lower than the first. For a garage or office clean-out bigger than a normal booking, send us a message through the inquiry form for a custom quote.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use secure online payment only — enter your card at checkout and you’re charged when you book, so there’s nothing to settle in person. We don’t accept cash, check, or any in-person payment.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees — what you see in your total before you book is exactly what you pay, including the flat $4.50 service fee. The only add-ons are Full-Service, stairs (+$20) or disassembly (+$20) if they apply, all shown before you confirm. Worth knowing: cancelling the same day as your pickup carries a $20 fee, and curbside bookings where items weren’t placed out carry a $45 trip charge — both non-refundable.

How do I book a pickup?

How far in advance should I book?

Our schedule fills up quickly, especially on weekends. We recommend booking as soon as you know your date — but we often have next-day availability, so don’t hesitate to book on short notice.

Do you offer next-day service?

Yes, when the next day is a pickup day. Pickups run Monday, Wednesday and Friday for both Curbside and Full-Service.

What time windows are available for pickup?

Curbside pickups run on a flexible 5AM–5PM window since there’s no need for anyone to be home. Full-service pickups get a choice of 8AM–12PM or 12PM–4PM, with a 30-minute heads-up text before we arrive.

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

For curbside, no — just set your items out by 5 AM and we’ll take it from there. For full-service, someone needs to be home to let our crew in and show them what’s going.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens — use the inquiry form to let us know as early as possible and we’ll get you rescheduled. Please note: cancellations made the same day as your scheduled pickup carry a $20 fee, and curbside bookings where items weren’t placed out for pickup carry a $45 trip charge — both non-refundable. The more notice you give us, the easier it is to avoid either.

How will I know when the crew is on the way?

For full-service pickups, you’ll get a text about 30 minutes before we arrive. For curbside, just have your items out and ready by 5 AM on pickup day.

What if my TV is inside the home?

That’s exactly what Full-Service is for — our crew comes in and carries it out, wherever it is in the home. Please have wall-mounted TVs taken down before we arrive.

Will there be any damage to my property?

Our crew takes care navigating tight spaces, doorways, and stairs, and works to protect your floors and walls throughout the pickup.

Yes. Pickups are fulfilled by Strong Junk Removal, our locally owned pickup partner, who is fully insured — so your property and the crew are covered throughout the job.

What happens to my electronics after pickup?

Everything we collect goes to responsible e-waste recycling. Electronics are broken down so metals, glass and plastics can be recovered, and hazardous components like leaded CRT glass and circuit boards are handled properly instead of ending up in a landfill.
